Full Job Description

The Senior Operations Planning Manager will be responsible for driving the operational planning elements required to deliver commercial results for the Cluster. They will devise & maintain the Integrated Cycle Calendar for the Cluster, incorporating any adjustments required based on feedback from planning and execution. The Senior Operations Planning Manager will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees. Principle Accountabilities

  • Develop integrated cycle calendar and drive metrics
  • Manage integrated cycle calendar
  • Monitor Sales Force performance
  • Establish Sales Force territories
  • Develop trade coverage plan and retail classification model
  • Project management
  • Team leading within the Trade Marketing department

    Trade marketing and/or Insights & Intelligence experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Previous experience following field force implementation and/or key accounts managing.
  • Knows how to track long-term trends
  • Knows how our brands align to consumer needs
  • Deep understanding of UK retail trade dynamics
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Knows how to interrogate data
