Full Job Description
- First point of contact for the ARD team - Managing the team inbox and ensuring that the right individuals are involved.
- Provide PA support to the team Director (diary, email and travel) along with ad hoc secretarial activities for the team
- Taking responsibility to complete weekly processes to support the stream's resourcing solution.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal ARD project plans and timetables.
- Organise and facilitate meetings internally and with stakeholders, completing all relevant documentation and ensure that briefing documents, slide decks and/minutes are circulated.
- Keeping all documentation up to date and managing the Teams site.
- Monitoring of actions from team meetings to be completed weekly.
- High quality administrative support including diary and inbox management, co-ordinating internal workshops and events, liaising with delegates, booking meeting rooms etc.
- Liaising with central teams where required and facilitate active knowledge sharing.

As a Team Coordinator and PA Support, this is an internal role working with the Audit Resourcing Directorate (ARD) to support the team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of supporting cross functional teams and providing personal assistance support to the lead. The role will be based in our London office. We are a fast-paced team, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a number of responsibilities. You will need to confidently manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, liaise with our internal stakeholders, and work efficiently to complete your tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential., - Significant experience as a personal assistant to support a Director and high performing team.

- Solid administration experience (ideally gained either in a compliance or professional services environment)
- Good professional communication skills; written and verbal
- Experience in dealing with and influencing a variety of stakeholders (desirable)
- Experience of working in a large, complex organisation (such as professional services or finance) would be ideal but not essential Core competencies required
