Jo Malone London has an exciting opportunity to appoint a Senior Packaging Designer. The Senior Packaging Designer will concept, drive and execute creative Packaging Designs to support overall brand strategy, storytelling and product positioning.  They will create and develop innovative design solutions for limited edition campaigns, primary and secondary packaging and related collateral materials. Strong candidates will be expert designers, detail-oriented and proactive team players having experience and interest within beauty, fashion or luxury global brands.  KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Collaborate with the Design team to create thoughtful, innovative, on-brand 2D and 3D concepts for primary and secondary packaging, gifting campaigns, and related collateral materials Effectively present and communicate creative objectives, and articulate concepts to internal cross-functional team members.  Present to and collaborate directly with senior level creatives Participate in Creative Briefings, and partner with cross functional teams inclusive of Product Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Packaging Development, and Global Creative Partner with Project Managers / Creative Operations to ensure deadlines are met Manage press runs, colour evaluations, comps, design turnovers, and approvals of all packaging related artwork to ensure accurate execution at production  Ensure a high level of excellence and attention to detail in all creative work produced and executed Drive sustainability and seek latest design and technology trends in packaging Qualifications·       BA Packaging Design, Graphic Design or related field ·       Experience in packaging & graphic design ·       Strong typography skills ·       Strong technical understanding in developing packaging from concept through to final product, with experience working with different materials and print processes. ·       Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative design skills ·       Strong multi-tasker under pressure in fast paced environment ·       Highly organized, with excellent communication skills ·       Understanding of current fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury trends ·       Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite inclusive of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ·       Experience with 3D/rendering software an advantage.Job: Creative / DesignPrimary Location: GB-ENG-LondonJob Type: StandardSchedule: Full-timeShift: 1st (Day) ShiftJob Number: 2411740Estee Lauder Companies is an equal opportunities employer.
