Full Job Description
We're looking for a Paid Media & Ecom Executive to join our Ecommerce Sales team on a permanent basis. You will seek to maximise revenue in our DTC channels, primarily through Paid Advertising (Amazon, Google, Facebook, eBay) but also through wider optimisation on the platforms we sell on., The Paid Media & Ecom Executive will report directly to our Head of Ecommerce., If you are passionate about growing revenue online through Paid Media, this is an outstanding opportunity for you to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued growth of a legendary brand. The role will be 75% managing Paid Media accounts, and 25% other responsibilities., Paid Media Management,
- Sales Analysis & Awareness - Analysis and optimisation of our DTC channels (beyond the paid media contribution)
- Promotional Planning & Pricing - Managing pricing changes across all DTC channels and communicating to the wider team.
- Collaboration - Working with wider teams in the business : Marketing, Logistics, Support, Wider Sales etc.
- Partnership / Agency Management - Help manage the relationships of all supporting agencies that we work with in DTC.
- Amazon Seller Central - Help to maintain the overall Amazon platform, manage listings, resolve issues, ensure strong performance through the many levers which can be pulled. Location : Hybrid / Remote - commutable distance to London & Fleet (Hampshire)
- 1-2 years of Paid Media Experience (any experience in the wider responsibilities section is a bonus)
- Very strong attention to detail
- Strong ability to self-motivate in a flexible Hybrid / WFH set up.
- Enjoys working closely with people in a team.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
- In-depth understanding of the Paid Media space and online consumer behaviour.
- Ideally but not essential - Degree Educated., Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Pro-active problem solver who does not require micro-managing.
- Self-starter with an understanding of priorities / good use of initiative
- An organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise and a strong eye for detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
- Previous experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations required.
- An interest in music is essential!
Amazon Ads - Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP (via an agency)# - Google Ads - Search Ads, Shopping
- eBay Ads - Promoted Listings
- FB / IG Paid Social Ads - Periodic ROAS based campaigns (day to day social media sits within marketing. Reporting - Use of Looker to report on consolidated global spend. Analysis - Ongoing analysis and optimisation of all paid channels and platforms,
