Full Job Description

At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross-channel planning, activation and digital strategic development for H&M's Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across 60 markets worldwide. Our team structure replicates a single-client agency set-up with three core functions: Strategy, Planning and Activation. With a total headcount of 50, we are based in four different offices: London (20), India (20), Colombia (7) and New York (3), with all client leadership and strategy governance sitting in the London office. The Role: The global social activation hub in London manages all Tiktok activity for H&M. We work closely with our planning teams to ensure H&M is activating the most innovative, effective content possible. We will also work closely with our counterparts in India, who manage the activation across Meta, Snapchat & Pinterest. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

  • Build campaigns on Tiktok, as well as other social platforms when required
  • Effectively communicate with planning teams & clients to ensure all builds go smoothly
  • Ensure all campaigns are pacing on target, avoiding any over- or under-spends
  • Help train more junior team members
  • Deliver regular reports for our clients to monitor campaign performance
  • Participate in bi-weekly & monthly client calls, where you will be giving relevant campaign insights to help improve future campaign performance
  • Work closely with our platform reps to ensure all activations run as planned
