Senior Panel Wirer

Have the ability to layout equipment and wire components using schematic drawings, working to company process standards and operating procedures to a high level in one of either Bench Assembly, LV or MV switchgear.,

• Mark out, drill and fit equipment to layouts.
  
  Must be able to read schematic drawings and identify components.
• Be competent at stripping and crimping cables from 0.75mm to 120mm.
• Be competent to torque power connections.
• Loom wiring in a uniformed manner.
• Work to instructions.
• Work to process standards and operating procedures.
• Capable of highlighting potential issues and suggesting rational corrective/preventative actions.
• Capable and willing to transfer skills and knowledge to colleagues.
• Responsible for achieving required output including productivity, Quality and attendance.

Employment & Educational Background
• The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of electrical control panel wiring.
• Internal candidates should be at least level 3 in all the electrical wiring areas of the relevant area's training matrix.
