Full Job Description

As part of easyJet's Proposition team, you'll help deliver the ancillary partnerships strategy by managing and growing third-party products like car hire, travel insurance, parking, and transfers. Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you'll handle the day-to-day management of partners while focusing on developing these relationships to boost revenue and improve the customer experience. You'll also work with internal teams to ensure partnerships align with easyJet's commercial and brand goals, monitor performance, and look for new opportunities to grow., This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office. You'll have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Ideally, you've managed partnerships or ancillary revenue and understand the importance of customer insight. Strong project management skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and experience handling financial and contracting processes are key. You'll also bring great communication skills, proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and excellent attention to detail.
