Full Job Description

The Partnerships & Operations Senior Manager drives commercial innovation through partnerships, ensures the seamless delivery of partnership commitments, defines go to market approach, and positions Data & AI to take advantage of the fast changing AI offerings in the hyperscale and innovate environments.

This role is crucial in building and maintaining strategic alliances with leading technology partners. Drives the alignment of key partners with group partnership strategies, working with critical stakeholders across the unit to achieve objectives ensuring shared objectives and cost-effective partnerships.

What you'll be doing

  • Market Positioning: Strengthening the company's market position by forming and nurturing strategic alliances with leading AI and hyperscaler companies.

  • Efficiency and Effectiveness: Ensuring seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives by optimizing operational processes and driving cost transformation

  • Partnership Performance: Maintaining high standards of delivery excellence in partnership operations. Continuously improving performance of Strada (coding and development) partnerships through proactive management and support.

  • Competitive Positioning: Providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market and competitive analysis, helping to refine the company's strategic direction while ensuring that all partnership activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

    Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Results-Oriented: Focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

  • Performance Metrics: Expertise in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of data and AI initiatives.

  • Operational Awareness: Strong understanding of risk management and governance frameworks with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Financial Awareness: Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.

  • Goal Alignment: Ability to align partnership goals with business objectives and ensure payment structures support delivery outcomes.
