Senior Pastry Chef de Partie

The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of the Kitchen team, working alongside the Executive Chef to manage the daily operations of a busy and dynamic Pastry team. The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie oversees the preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintains the smooth running of the operation.

• At least 1 years' experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a similar environment
• Working knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH
• Food Hygiene qualification (CIEH or equivalent)
• Commitment to teamwork and good communication skills
• Aptitude to plan, organise, control and direct the work of employees
