Administering all monthly payroll duties e.g. changes to salary, commission, bonuses, processing deductions and checking the payroll for UK, Gibraltar, Ireland, ensuring all payroll deadlines are adhered to.

Processing of payroll administration including, but not limited to, starters, leavers, changes, benefits, shares, commissions etc.

Administration of pension reporting for 6 UK and 2 Irish payroll entities. Working closely with the payroll providers in all countries to ensure reporting required as needed for Finance team.

Ensuring the payrolling of benefits is adhered to & preparing P11d data for 23/24, meeting the deadlines set by the HMRC.

Working with and building good working relationships with internal stakeholders e.g Reward team for share payments, Treasury for payment funds, Finance for commissions.

Collaborate with relevant authorities (e.g HMRC) for audits or information requests, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and tax laws.

Ensuring all payroll queries from internal stake holders are appropriately resolved and settling any issues. Address employee inquiries and resolve issues regarding salaries and payments.

Maintaining excellent relationship with 3rd party suppliers including liaison with external tax support providers.

Providing reports and ad-hoc support as required for internal or external clients (e.g. HMRC, Vialto, RSM etc).

Running weekly Benefit Inductions for all new starters., n this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring that accuracy, compliance, and efficiency are maintained so every team member is paid correctly and on time. in ensuring seamless payroll processing for our colleagues across the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

As the Senior Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless end-to-end Payroll process across London, Dublin and Gibraltar, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team in a collaborative working environment. This position requires strong analytical abilities, a thorough understanding of payroll principles, and exceptional attention to detail and communication skills., Significant experience of administering payroll within a medium sized organization handling complex payroll queries; experience of SOX highly desired.

Good knowledge of the legal aspects of payroll and pensions: PAYE; National Insurance calculations; SSP; SMP and other regulations both in the UK, Ireland & Gibraltar.

Must be able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Excellent team worker and collaborator who is self-motivated, highly organized and positive.

Highly effective communicator, both verbal and written and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with multiple project responsibilities.

Rigorous attention to detail; numerically strong; methodical and with excellent organizational skills.
