If you have expertise for handling final salary pension schemes and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Ensure our members receive industry-leading service, accurate information, and adherence to service level agreements. What you will do

  • Handle sensitive cases efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage complex cases for defined benefit and contribution members.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure clear and helpful communication with members.
  • Drive team performance to achieve a 95% service level.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

    Minimum 4 years' experience in pensions administration.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of pensions administration principles
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong numerical skills and experience of manual pensions calculations
  • CPC or PMI qualification preferred.
