Senior Pensions Administrator Location: Great Clarendon Street, Oxford with requirement for 1 day a week in the office,
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly contributions (approximately £10m) to USS.
- Maintain member data, reporting accuracy, and compliance with pension regulations.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and external providers to drive process improvements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the USS pensions team.
Proven experience in pension administration. - Strong IT and data skills (Excel proficiency).
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- A relevant professional pension qualification (or working towards one).
The pensions office administers the pension schemes operated by the University for its employees. We are looking for a Senior pensions Administrator, a key role managing USS contributions, data, and reporting for over 10,000 members.
