Full Job Description

To support the Head of Payroll and Pensions Manager in relation to the overall management and performance of the Pensions Section, assisting delivery of an efficient and effective, customer focused pension information service to all Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare employees and internal and external stakeholders., The Pension Team will ensure that all pension changes are processed to members pay and pension records accurately and in line with Terms and Conditions of Service and NHS Pensions Agency regulations.

Reporting to the Pensions Manager, the post holder will be responsible for operational delivery of a centralised pension service for a staff group or a group of staff, in accordance with service level agreements, terms and conditions of service and Trust policies.
