Senior People Advisor

We are seeking a Senior People advisor with good experience ready to take their career to the next level. Having gained experience in the fields of employment relations, employee governance and other HR processes.

The post-holder will be responsible for providing advisory support and guidance to the ICB., The Post holder will supporting the Senior People Partners in the implementation of the ICB People Strategieso Working with designated management teams, to develop and influence their understanding andimplementation of key People priorities within their teamso Directly participate in and influence People policy and practice development across the ICBo To participate in delivering training to support managers to effectively manage people related matters.

Highly committed to the NHS people agenda you will have gained experienced in the broad range of people related requirements in a similar organisation.

Excellent verbal and written skills are a must in support of the ability to influence and negotiate as are high levels of computer and systems literacy. The ability to analyse data and generate robust reporting is also a must.
