Full Job Description
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Performance Analyst to join our Asset Management team here at Housing 21. Within the role you will take a leading role the effective management and monitoring of Asset Management performance, ensuring the effective management of departmental data, budgets, and key business objectives, identifying and investigating areas of risk or concern. While the role is hybrid, the successful candidate will be required to work from both the office and from their home as well as attend team meetings at our head office in Birmingham as required. The essential requirements for the role include:
- Experience of designing and developing business management processes to ensure the robust scrutiny and reporting of performance.
- Experience of collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting of information.
