Senior Peripatetic Care Assistant - Bank

This is a fantastic, brand new role for a Senior Peripatetic Care Assistant to join the teams across three of Barchester Healthcare's care homes. The successful candidate will work flexibly across the homes, supporting the teams where they are needed most. By joining the Bank team, the individual will be able to accept shifts to suit their preferences, whether that's working days, nights or both., As a Bank Peripatetic Senior Care Assistant, the role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. The individual will also be expected to support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. Respecting the dignity and preferences of the residents, as well as creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment, are key aspects of the role.
