Senior Personal Assistant to Divisional Triumvirate

Division D is seeking a highly professional, comprehensive, and confidential Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Divisional Triumvirate. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the division, requiring the post holder to manage a variety of tasks with utmost efficiency and discretion

Key attributes of the post holder include a high level of professionalism, judgement, discretion, diplomacy, calmness under pressure, exceptional attention to detail, able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and
work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines and working under own initiative and unsupervised for the provision of a high quality and comprehensive service to the Division.
