Full Job Description

As a Senior Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for working across all aspects of the core pharmacy operations, which includes dispensary, stock control, medicines distribution, ward stock/top-up, receiving goods and Automated Dispensing cabinets (Omnicell).

  • 5 x GCSE pass Grade C or above incl. Maths and English or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • NVQ Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Service Skills/ or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Demonstrate experience of working in a pharmacy setting, including dispensing, labelling, stock control (Desirable)
  • Experience of Omnicell® Automated Dispensing Cabinets, Meditech and Mosaiq (Desirable)
