Senior Pharmacy Homecare and Clinical Pharmacist

+ As Homecare pharmacist you will support the introduction of new specialised treatments at the Salford Care Organisation, which is a specialised centre for Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Rheumatology, Intestinal Failure, Endocrinology, Immunology, Metabolic diseases, and Renal medicine.
+ You will coordinate the activity of the pharmacy Homecare team and collaborate with the clinical teams to provide personalised patient care in the home environment.
+ You will promote the cost-effective use of biologics by supporting the individual patient review of compliance with NICE/GMMMG/NHSE harmonised pathways, working with a team of pharmacists and technicians across the NCA.
+ This role will give you the opportunity to work as a senior clinical pharmacist and further develop your skills and experience, optimising drug treatment for patients admitted to hospital and delivering high quality patient focused clinical pharmacy service within designated specialities.
