Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Senior Physical Healthcare Support Worker within the Physical Healthcare Team on either a secondment or fixed term basis for 12-18 months.

We're looking for a versatile, resourceful, enthusiastic, clinically skilled individual who is committed to providing quality physical healthcare under the direction of our skilled Physical Healthcare Practitioners within LPFT inpatient wards If this is you - then please consider applying for this post.You will need to have care experience, a positive attitude and great communication skills.

If you are flexible with your working patterns, and have transport to travel across our sites as required, then we would welcome your application., Under the supervision of a registered nurse participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of high quality care within a ward environment, through involvement in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
