Full Job Description

To play a major and specialist role in the advanced assessment, treatment, clinical management and discharge planning of patients attending A&E/SDEC and admitted to the short stay units (Acute Assessment Unit, Older Person Assessment Unit, CDU) determining clinical diagnosis, functional deficits, treatment programs and discharge planning.
