Senior Place Development, Partnerships and Planning Manager

The post holder will: Support the transformation and delivery of health and care programmes across Great Yarmouth and Waveney and West Norfolk, taking a lead role to develop and deliver the range of national, ICS and place based strategies and priorities including, but not limited to, the New Hospital Programmes, Health Inequalities Strategic Framework for Action and Marmot Place Programmes. Support the Great Yarmouth and Waveney and West Norfolk Place teams to ensure that programmes are planned and managed effectively and take the lead in assisting in their successful delivery. This will include regularly spending time within each geographical area, working directly with stakeholders and local partners. Support the Place teams in driving change to support improved outcomes for the population whilst ensuring value for money in planning, commissioning and service provision across all stakeholders. To further develop transformation agendas across the Place teams, identifying and if
appropriate addressing variation. Support Place partners in the implementation of national strategies and delivery of local priorities. Develop relationships and forums to ensure close partner working across the Place teams, providing ongoing support, in particular with partners from community care, secondary care, mental health, Local Authorities and the voluntary sector.
