Full Job Description
- Refine the demand intake process with product and delivery teams to streamline capacity & sprint planning, feature refinement and user story development
- Work in partnership with product owners and impacted team to prioritize backlog and feature readiness
- Establish a strong communication process to improve accountability, transparency and collaboration across all levels of leadership
- Mentor and guide direct reports to success; identify strengths and areas of growth while guiding them to grow their careers. Promote, empower and practice servant-leadership.
- Work with the PD&I director to hire diverse and inclusive team members
- Ability to influence without authority and gain alignment while facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Establish relationships vital to navigating complex organizational structures and stakeholders in response to delivery team needs
- Champion the Product Mindset with the consistent focus of business value creation
- Support and encourage innovation through continuous improvement and exploration
- Live the Agile and SAFe Values and Principles
Bachelor's degree in technology related subject area or equivalent experience required - 5-7 years of experience with a consistent track record of growing responsibilities
- Experience leading Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality
- Excellent oral and written skills; Ability to efficiently communicate across product, technical and business partners
- Ability to steer and deliver communications to all levels of leadership
- Ability to deliver complex software iteratively and with quality
- Ability to drive continuous improvement of the delivery team
- Experience using Rally delivery management platform is required.
- Experience with SDLC Methodologies & Practice.
- Strong coaching and leading without authority skills.
- Deep understanding of Agile at Scale or iterative development processes, including quality and testing standard practices.

The Global Risk and Compliance Technology product delivery and integration team is seeking an innovative Senior Portfolio and Delivery Enablement Manager with a strong product and delivery mind-set.
