Senior Practice Manager

We are looking for a new Senior Manager to join our team at Hope Citadel. You will be based across two surgeries that are within the same PCN - Kingsway Medical Practice, and Middleton Health Centre, both in Canalside. Both practices are Outstanding with CQC and are growing fast, with a total list size of 9,000 patients between the two practices. We want to work with a manager who has the skills in Practice Management but also the desire to teach and mentor others who want to develop their potential and increase their experience of leading teams and improving processes. You will be supported by a central team that cover payroll, accounts, and HR so you will have more time to spend time with colleagues, and manage the team well., We are looking for someone who will be responsible for the smooth, efficient and sustainable running of both Practices, while focusing on the mentoring and development of staff who are taking on roles within a new management structure. You will work closely with Practice Supervisors, and Clinical Leads at both sites., As our practices continue to grow, some at a rate of more than 10% a year, we are excited about the opportunities this gives our staff to develop careers within management. Kingsway and Middleton are based 15 minutes away from each other, and you would be expected to maintain this relationship and support both teams. The managers across all our sites meet monthly as a peer group, to discuss progress at each practice and to encourage and support each other. As a Senior Manager, this is a great opportunity to contribute to the running of the company, by holding the vision and values and demonstrating how this is worked out in practice to managers with less experience.
