Full Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner (nurse or allied health professional) who has an interest in working with those with Complex Emotional and Relational Needs (CERN) and who wishes to further develop skills in this area. The successful applicant will cover maternity leave (12 months), either as a secondment opportunity or fixed term contract, and will work with a small team responsible for delivering the CERN pathways across the community services in Trafford., To work as part of a small team, working directly with those with CERN needs using a relational approach. The role will primarily involve responsibility for supporting the delivery of the Structured Clinical Management (SCM) pathway in Trafford, as well as supporting the Community Mental Health teams through consultation in complex cases. It will also involve working into the new Living Well service and contributing to other aspects of the CERN pathways as these develop.
