Senior Primary Care Nurse

As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Support the registered nurses in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received

In this role you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed. The site currently offers a 24-hour service and shift patterns. Long days: 07:00 19:30 Mains: 08:30 17:00 Twilight: 14:00 22:00 Nights: 19:00 07:30 There is an expectation to undertake a combination of shift, including weekends and bank holidays. This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £53,172 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you?
