Senior Principal Designer (CDM)

Your role will see you working on a range of design and build projects, as well as supporting the Head of CDM and mentoring more junior colleagues.

You will have significant experience of working as a Principal Designer and will have good knowledge of CDM regulations.
Your experience will also need to include a technical qualification within the construction business and we are looking for either an engineer or architect.
You will also have experience on working on fee earning work and ideally have experience of winning business.

ARM are working with a leading architecture consultancy who specialise in construction and property and we are looking for a Senior Principal Designer (CDM) to join the team in London.

This position is office based and in Central London. It is a full-time position and will be working using the Hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
What you can expect in return:
The salary range for this position is between 65,000 and 80,000 and will be dependent on experience. On top of this is a range of benefits includes generous annual leave, pension, training allowance and professional registration. There is also a company performance related bonus possible.
