Full Job Description

As part of a dedicated team focused on the Consumer and Digital Healthcare markets, the Key Account Manager is ADI's principal contact for directly supported customers within the region & is responsible for actively driving & managing customer centric engagement from introduction to executive level. Working in conjunction with the Field Applications team and Consumer and DHC Business Units, the KAM is the owner of the account relationship with a goal to drive partnership level engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic and potential high growth customers within account base.
  • Develop understanding of the Consumer and DHC markets.
  • Develop executive level relationships with key accounts to become a trusted advisor to the customer.
  • Drive and be the respected interface between all relevant levels (Incl. Execs) at Account as well as the ADI organization.
  • Identify opportunities & build strategy / Account plan for revenue growth.
  • Responsible for the achievement of the agreed yearly business figures (revenue) and design win awards and design in value (confirmed by customer)
  • Responsible for the annual price negotiation and providing the right background to win projects also on commercial aspects.
  • Responsible for regular reporting in accordance with internal procedures and guidelines and updated opportunity tracking
  • Responsible for managing all relevant Quality and Logistic requirements with the different partners.
  • Needs to be persistent and not take no for an answer when it comes to delivering a solution or winning an opportunity.
  • Possess high level technical understanding & ability to articulate solution value vs cost.
  • Understand new market developments and customer engagements to influence/drive ADI´s product (design) development.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of ADI processes, standards, technologies & product strategy investments.
  • Travel to customer sites together with Technical Team & BU staff supporting deep dive discussions & hands-on technology demonstrations.
  • Model and mentor professional behaviors and presentation.

    Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of Consumer & Digital Healthcare markets preferred but not essential.
  • Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills as well as excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team and enjoys social interaction
  • Available to travel
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for technology
  • Languages: English preferred
