The Innovation product design team is a part of the Gen product design team that works closely with our CTO and product teams to transform new, cutting edge technology into products and experiences that keep our customers safe from the ever-evolving threat landscape. We work with AI and advanced technologies to create solutions that ensure our customers are protected to enable digital freedom.

As a Sr. Principal Product Designer, you'll help design the next generation of security tools that not only protect against emerging threats but are also easy and intuitive for users. You'll collaborate with a talented team to bring fresh ideas to life, creating solutions that make cybersecurity both powerful and user-friendly. If you're excited about shaping the future of digital safety and love turning complex challenges into simple, effective designs, we'd love to chat with you.

What you will be doing:

  • Take broad, conceptual ideas, based off user research and data, turning them into something useful and valuable for our users.

  • Deliver customer-centric and data informed experiences that are meaningful, cohesive, accessible, and usable.

  • Oversee all aspects of design, including interaction design, information architecture, and visual design to develop and execute business strategy and vision.

  • Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and contribute to our design system.

  • Represent work to a broader product team and senior leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts.

  • Own the overall experience and partner closely with product & engineering peers to ensure we are building a product that our customers need and love.

Can showcase strategic product thinking with experience in developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company.

  • Experience overseeing and executing high design craft and vision for B2C products

  • Experience building and shipping multiple features that are broad/ambiguous in scope and encompass an end-to-end experience across a variety of platforms.

  • Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to apply them to complex problems.

  • Passionate and humble; you always seek new horizons, remaining curious about emerging market trends and trail-blazing experiences.

  • You are comfortable working within a geographically distributed team.
