Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a highly reputable law firm in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled legal professional to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and complex estates.,

  • Advising clients on all aspects of private client work, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters.
  • Managing a varied caseload of high-value and complex private client matters, including contentious and non-contentious probate.
  • Providing bespoke legal solutions tailored to the needs of high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees.
  • Advising on cross-border estate planning, domicile, and international tax matters where required.
  • Drafting and reviewing wills, powers of attorney, trust documents, and other related legal instruments.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Supervising junior members of the team and contributing to their professional development.
  • Assisting in the firm's business development initiatives, including networking and attending events to expand the client base.

    A qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in private client law, ideally gained in a leading London or regional firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning, with a focus on high-value estates and international matters.
  • STEP qualification or working towards it is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of the department.
