An opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join the Sage Change Delivery Team as a Senior Finance Innovation Process Analyst with the Order to Invoice/Order Operations (O2I) specialisation. As part of transformational programme team, the Senior Finance Innovation Process Analyst (O2I) will be responsible for providing both Order to Invoice/Sales Admin Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and detailed Analytical support to projects and initiatives across the Order Operations domain., Summary of the Role

This role provides subject matter expertise in the Order-to-Invoice (O2I) area, driving process improvements and delivering high-quality solutions for colleagues and customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders across Finance and Sage to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support innovation in operations.

What I Will Be Doing

You'll analyze and improve processes, systems, and workflows, creating clear documentation to support initiatives. Using your expertise, you'll identify best practices, influence stakeholders, and recommend improvements. Regular communication with business and IT teams will ensure alignment, while you also manage risks and drive continuous improvement. You'll facilitate sessions to gather requirements, map processes, and design solutions. Mentoring colleagues and supporting global projects may require flexible hours and occasional travel.

We're seeking someone with experience in operational or project roles within the O2I space, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. You should be comfortable working in a matrix structure, managing priorities across multiple projects, and using methodologies like Agile and Design Thinking. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and finance systems is a plus, as is any business analysis or process improvement qualification.
