Senior Producer

The Mercury is looking for a new Senior Producer. The successful candidate will work closely with our new Artistic Director, Natasha Rickman, to deliver the Mercury's ambitious and exciting artistic programming., As an NPO in the heart of East Anglia, about an hour out of London, we are a significant player in the national theatre ecology co-producing regularly with peer organisations and commercial producers. Working with the Artistic Director, the Senior Producer will deliver a lively and engaging programme of activity for our 530-seat theatre and 98-seat studio.

We are looking for an experienced Producer to lead the Mercury's producing department. As one of the most ambitious producing houses in the East, we pride ourselves on the high-quality, relevant and inclusive nature of all of our work. The Mercury's artistic programme aims to connect our audiences with a wide range of work across all genres on both our stages in Colchester and on tour in the UK.
