About This Role

As a (Senior) Product Analyst in our Customer Product Analytics team, you'll help build an exceptional customer journey for our website and app users across the globe.

You will be able to use your data & analysis skills to improve our understanding of products across the organisation, and your insights will be invaluable to improve the overall experience. You will work closely with various departments to understand problem areas and play back performance insights, enabling data-driven decisions.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Using data-driven insights to understand how users navigate our platform, locating pain points and creating innovative solutions. Using this data to provide performance insights and monitor our KPIs, communicating your findings to the Product Manager.

  • Working closely with the data scientists and ML engineers to fetch and aggregate data they need to train necessary ML models

  • Building a clear, quantitative understanding of our users, their usage behaviour, and journeys to guide product design

  • Proactively identify opportunities to integrate marketing and offers data into customer behavioural analytics

  • Being the first point of contact for behavioural analysis by using Google Analytics, Snowplow, BigQuery, and similar tools

  • Supporting the alignment and guidelines of our data infrastructure, as part of the Customer data & analytics team

  • Proactively finding growth opportunities and experimenting ideas to optimise product experiences and drive user engagement & retention

  • Interpreting the technical issue behind any question and explaining all topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making

  • Working closely with product managers, UX teams, and the business to assess opportunities and help understand the value of changes, while ensuring prioritisation of tasks with the largest customer impact

  • Guiding & mentoring others, sharing your knowledge and skills with the wider team whilst further developing your skills through learning and training opportunities


  • What will you bring to the table?
  • Demonstrable experience as a Product Analyst, Web Analyst, Marketing Analyst or similar

  • Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau & Google Analytics (or Snowplow) with a strong understanding of how data is gathered and processed by different tools

  • Able to assist with insights from the digital analytics platform & help stakeholders optimise their products and marketing capabilities

  • Able to collaborate effectively with product, IT stakeholders and other colleagues

  • Good communication skills and enthusiasm about sharing knowledge in a team environment

  • Some experience using Airflow, GitHub and Jira in a collaborative environment

  • Some experience in user behaviour measurement (ex. Snowplow or GA) and troubleshooting event tracking implementations on customer-facing applications

  • Experience in setting up experiments and analysing A/B tests

  • Knowledge of programming languages - e.g. R, Python is a plus but not essential
