Senior Product Manager, Charities & Impact

As the Senior Product Manager, Charities & Impact your remit will cover all the UK products and services aimed towards charities and lead the development of a cohesive digital proposition. This role will also provide senior management across our Impact products and services to ensure that CAFs theory of change is fed into our product design and will be critical in supporting charities develop new Impact evaluation tools.,

• Develop and execute a comprehensive and detailed Charities & Impact customer and product strategy
• Develop CAFs fundraising tools for charities including CAF Donate and assess opportunities for international expansion
• Provide senior product oversight to CAFs theory of change and ensure requirements are mapped across our product portfolio
• Drive the development of Group-level propositions for the Impact Accelerator
• Ensure that all Charities & Impact product controls, processes, and policies are effective, customer focused and are compliant.
• Be at the heart of the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high quality solutions
• Participate in and support both Heads of Product to build world-class product practices, centered on autonomous, KPI-driven development across multi-functional teams.
  
  You will have you have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with experience of developing and delivering product strategies and plans. You will have experience in social investment, grant making and advisory, and also experience in developing a donation platform. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex into simple at a senior level and a proven track record at gaining buy-in for your ideas.
