Full Job Description

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping drive the adoption, cross-sell and upsell of Fastly's product line across EMEA, & at times International region. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, SDRs and Product teams to develop messaging that focuses on business drivers and pains, and that can be leveraged in marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, analyst briefings and more. This role reports to the International Marketing Director and is based in London.,

  • Develop a deep understanding of Fastly's technology and the relevant personas to produce consistent messaging, aligned with our brand, that supports the execution of GTM plans across the International region
  • Act as a bridge between central Product & Product Marketing teams and International Growth Marketing to ensure International are kept up to speed on all new product developments, launches and use cases
  • Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into clear compelling use cases and value-based messaging
  • Collaborate with our campaigns team to support pipeline generation through the creation of compelling campaign messaging and assets (presentations, ebooks, webinars, booth graphics etc.)
  • Map competition on a regular basis, gather competitive intelligence from various external and internal sources.
  • Support our analyst relations team through briefing decks and detailed responses for tier 1 analyst surveys
  • Become an evangelist for your products internally and externally, representing our company at events
  • Leverage data to measure performance and guide decisions around go-to-market activities
  • Execute customer case studies (written or video format) that can be leveraged as part of marketing campaigns and sales motions that demonstrate the pains Fastly's technology can address and the benefits the customers achieve.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, particularly in the Security space, excellent communication skills, creativity and a results-driven mindset., 7+ years of proven track record in delivering highly technical products to an enterprise buyer
  • Security product marketing experience is a must with a strong preference for application or cloud security
  • A solid understanding of enterprise software development and the needs of application developers is a strong plus
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with the ability to frame strong value propositions for different audiences
  • Competent and confident presenter and trainer
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes, or create new processes as needed
  • Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce & reporting tools like Looker
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Swedish would be advantageous
  • Work Hours: This position will require you to be available during core business hours. Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements: Travel will be required to the USA for Onboarding, Team and Company Kick off's, and also Across EMEA and Internationally as required by your manager.
