Full Job Description

As a key member of our change and communications workstream, you will partner with ExComm members to communicate and engage key stakeholders across the firm. You'll be directly partnering with our Chief Growth Officer, with a dotted line into the Change & Communications Lead, collaborating closely with the Programme Director, senior management, and the Internal Communication team.,

  • Strategic Partnering:
  • + Directly support the Chief Growth Officer and other ExComm members in developing and delivering compelling written and verbal communications for the programme.
  • Narrative Creation:
  • + Co-create the core transformation narrative, messaging, and tone of voice for the programme.
  • Communications Strategy:
  • + Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and plans aligned with programme objectives, scope, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • + Conduct thorough analysis of stakeholder engagement insights to identify key audiences and communication needs.
  • Alignment and Integration:
  • + Collaborate with the Internal Communication team to ensure programme communications are aligned with other strategic change projects and BAU priorities.
  • Impact Measurement:
  • + Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of communication activities, making adjustments as necessary.,

    + Minimum of 15+ years in communications, with direct experience of partnering and influencing at ExComm level and supporting transformational change programmes.

  • + Proven experience in developing and implementing communications strategies in complex, global organisations.
  • Skills:
  • + Excellent copywriting abilities for both written and verbal communication. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly and succinctly at all levels. + A proactive, action-oriented approach and an inclusive style, supportive of team members.

  • + Ability to understand different cultural and local issues while maintaining a focus on global solutions.
