Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their expansion by overseeing multiple high-end design and build projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing all phases of their projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a willingness to travel to various sites.

Requirements

• Lead and manage multiple exterior design and fit-out projects concurrently.


• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.


• Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is met with bespoke design schemes.


• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.


• Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring all projects meet the company's high standards.


• Foster strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


• Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to on all sites.


• Contribute to the company's strategic growth and development plans.
  
  Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within design and build or fit-out projects.


• Strong understanding of exterior design, landscaping, and outdoor living spaces.


• Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.


• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.


• Willingness to travel to sites as required.


• A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.

Their bespoke and strategic approach ensures they provide seamless outdoor living solutions for private homes and contract areas.   Competitive salary of 100,000-120,000 per annum.
