Senior Project Manager

and hardworking Project Manager to join the Property Team! We have ambitious

and exciting plans coupled with an active roll-out plan.

Could you be what we're looking

for?

You'll work closely with the Projects Director in

ensuring all new builds & objectives are met and that our projects are

delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will support with the end-to-end

service delivery of all project work from main fit-outs, small to large

refurbishments, managing the delivery & installation of the 3rd

party suppliers, budgeting and ordering of supplies.

This is an exciting role which will involve

travelling across the UK & Europe delivering a cutting-edge product.

The Role

Working with the Projects Director to establish the overall

success criteria for the proje

Knowledge and understanding to develop Heads of Terms, Shell

Specification's, Acoustic Reports, etc.

Knowledge to deal with all building certifications when it comes

to building legislation.

Providing advice and support on the different approaches that can

be adopted to successfully achieve objectives once on site.

Maintaining schedules of activity and updating the master project

plan.

Delivering schemes of work following the approved plans and

targets.

• Following KPI's to improve project performance.


• Understand and follow agreed budgets.


• Attending meetings to support in the flow of project information


between the team and Lane7 senior team.

Manage site meetings / minutes and update the relevant comms

platforms.

Work with third party contractors, other consultants, and managing

stakeholders at all project stages., Working Arrangement

• Field based.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & Bank


Holiday when required.

Hotel overnight stays as required to meet the needs

of the business.

• Some European / International travel.


• Attend and participate in company meetings.


• Multiple platforms for communicating with HQ Support


site teams to include phone, email and Teams.

• Be flexible in your working week.


• Have great time management & multi-tasking skills.
  
  Have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety and


Environmental issues and risks.

Ensure key information and data are effectively cascaded and

appropriately retained.

• Competent in word, excel & power point.


• A good understanding of numbers & budgeting.


• University degree or equivalent.


• At least two years post graduate experience with a Project


Management role in the construction industry.

Have a Prince2 or equivalent.
