  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations during migrations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges and issues that may arise during migrations.
  • Facilitate decision making over approaches to handle product feature differences and functionality differences between the source and target platforms, considering both technical and operational impacts of potential approaches
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify deviations from plan, and take appropriate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are included in migration plans and effectively communicated to project teams.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial constraints.
  • Facilitate decisions to enable decommissioning of the source system post migration completion

Experience of leading complex migration projects with cross functional teams across multiple parties, including third party suppliers
  • Highly competent in the use of ETL or ELT migration tools and the use of staging areas for managing the translation and loading of data
  • Ability to translate complex data requirements to a business audience to ensure clarity of requirements.
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business or technical objective
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders
  • Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project stakeholders and sponsors
