As Senior Project Manager in the Balance of Plant (BOP) programme, you'll be in the driver's seat, managing a high-performing multi-disciplinary team and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of critical systems, structures, and components for a number of buildings and contracts within the BOP area. From engineering to commissioning, you'll ensure excellence at every stage by:
- Leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve flawless delivery.
- Owning budgets, schedules, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex interfaces seamlessly.
- Utilizing your technical expertise and leadership to ensure the highest standards in execution and compliance.
You're a seasoned Project Professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects. Your experience spans: Engineering & Project Lifecycle: From initial design through to commissioning. Commercial Expertise: Managing high-value contracts, cost control, and resolving claims. Risk & Quality Management: Driving operational excellence in complex, high-stakes environments. What sets you apart is your ability to translate technical details into actionable strategies, engage stakeholders, and inspire your team to succeed., - A degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, or a related field (professional qualifications like MIMechE, MICE, or APM PPQ are a bonus).
- Hands-on expertise with Earned Value tools, CDM Regulations, and quality assurance in regulated environments (nuclear sector experience is an advantage).
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Sizewell C will occupy the whole of the 4th floor. We are targeting a move in February 2025. This role will be contractually based at 25 Copthall Avenue.
