Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an aspiring, self-motivated individual to join Bolton NHS Foundation Trust's Digital Team as Senior Project Manager on a fixed term basis.
The team are a group of staff from a number of disciplines and backgrounds and we will expect you to be ready to hit the ground running working together with them and clinical colleagues to lead the delivery of a number of our key projects within the Digital Programme.
The demands and scale of the projects you will work on will vary but we will look to you to utilise the following: experience of delivering large scale change; skills to manage competing demands; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; response to short deadlines; effective communication to all stakeholders, flexibility to take on all tasks within a project and your ability to quickly build strong working relationships.
You will work across health and care settings to deliver digital transformation to patients, clinicians and support functions. Managing a project and seeking opportunities to deliver benefit to our staff and thrive on diversity of work. You may find yourself presenting to project boards, briefing groups, facilitating process mapping workshops, drawing process maps, preparing business cases, defining project scope, developing the project plan, completing project documentation and producing highlight reports.
You will be equally happy leading your own project as you will be working collaboratively and being a good team player who demonstrates the organisations values. You will be a natural fit into the team, which is compassionate, friendly and has dedicated professionals who always go the extra mile. The successful candidate will be qualified in Prince2, will excellent interpersonal skills and able to engage with stakeholders at all levels., Disability Confident
