Join the University of Oxford's Digital Transformation Programme as a Senior Project Manager for our CRM programme focusing on Marketing, Communications, and Engagement. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the design, development, and delivery of a cutting-edge CRM solution that supports marketing events, fundraising, and student/alumni engagement. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders across functions, colleges, and delivery partners, you'll ensure that the CRM platform not only meets immediate needs but also aligns with our broader strategy for digital excellence.,
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the CRM workstream, ensuring governance, risk, and quality management processes are upheld.
- Engage and inspire stakeholders, fostering collaboration and promoting the CRM programme as a transformative opportunity.
- Work closely with Business Change Managers to drive people-focused change and champion new ways of working.
- Partner with delivery teams to achieve sustainable solutions that balance configuration and standardisation.
- Embed a phased approach to data integration, ensuring stakeholder confidence in every step.
Proven expertise in managing CRM implementation in complex organisations (Higher Education or charity sector preferred). - Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies, risk management, and benefits realisation.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships with stakeholders and delivery partners, driving innovative and impactful outcomes.
