We're seeking a Project Manager to spearhead supply-related projects, driving innovation and efficiency across our operations. In this vibrant role, you will marshal projects from inception to completion, being the linchpin that connects diverse teams and processes. Your expertise will facilitate initiatives that enhance our dynamic supply chain - ultimately helping millions achieve healthier lives. This role is a 15 month fixed term contract.,

  • Responsible for managing all GBS projects end to end, including NPD's, EPD's, roll outs, Tech Transfers and Maintenance Projects

  • Planning and coordinating projects meetings to deliver objectives in a timely manner.

  • Identifies, assesses, documents and prioritises key dependencies and risks and works with cross functional team to resolve.

  • Ensures all project plans, briefs and key project documents are available on time, and are accurate to enable delivery to cost/quality/time.

  • Establishes and runs project team & project group meetings in accordance to governance framework.

  • Monitors and reports progress and risk to Senior stakeholders, gathering information in order for them to make effective decisions

  • Frames the situation effectively to generate fast and robust decisions.

  • Item creation and item management data process in Fast SKU and on the key site data files.

  • Artwork and graphics management process.


  • Project/ product change control process via Quality One

  • Support Supply Strategy & Procurement teams in the coordination of feasibility and sourcing assessments. Including costing studies and capex assessment

  • Trials co-ordination- both packaging (with Packaging Department) & formulation.

  • Project time plan management to meet required launch dates.

  • Demand generation in collaboration with markets and connected planning.

  • Create and Implement Ways of Working approach for GBS

  • Responsible for the portfolio management of all GBS innovation

  • Key contributor in the prioritisation of GBS projects

  • Track project success post launch, via key innovation performance indicators

    Strong experiences in project management.

  • Computer literate, with experience of report writing.

  • Technical / Scientific / Supply or Engineering Degree.

  • Experience would be an advantage in

  • + Supply Chain management.
    + Complex project management with cross function teams in multiple locations.
    + Communication with category and marketing teams
    + A manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG Disinfection and regulated products).
    + Any or all of planning, production, quality, engineering.
    + Risk Assessments and decision-making process.
