Full Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager, the post holder will work as part of the directorate team to implement a new service within the psychosis pathway across 3 boroughs. This is an exciting new service which will provide improve management of depot medication and physical health checks and annual reviews for people with psychosis as a step down to primary care. This in turn will enable increase capacity and opportunities for service improvement in our busy psychosis teams. There will be an expectation to support the development of new pathways and service provision within the psychosis pathway.

  • Project Management of multiple projects and programmes
  • Communication with senior Health and Social Care staff
  • Service improvement, development and transformation
  • Understanding of healthcare finance, job descriptions recruitment and governance processes

    This will require experience of working within healthcare, communication, influencing and negotiation with a range of stakeholders including clinicians, residents and patients.
