Senior Project Manager - Thurnscoe

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the efficient execution of projects from the handover stage to completion. Your role involves managing one substantial contract or multiple smaller ones, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, site managers, and subcontractors.,

• Plan and oversee projects from handover by the sales team to completion.
• Regularly update customers on contract status and promptly address their complaints, inquiries, and requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
• Proactively manage projects, including obtaining drawing approvals, issuing invoices, handling project variations, and collecting payments.
• Organize the supply and shipment of goods to overseas destinations, adhering to company export procedures and project budgets.
• Report non-conformities and contribute to their investigation and resolution.
• Generate an analysis of actual expenses versus budget upon project completion.
Key Objectives:
• Ensure all project work is completed within designated timelines and budgets.
• Supervise and manage an installation team, effectively delegating tasks.
• Drive a commitment to customer satisfaction and maintain close collaboration with departments such as Sales, Design, Production, Quality, Finance, and Dispatch.
• Collaborate with Technical Advisors for overseas site support and travel arrangements.
