Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic project manager to join the Urology Department at UCLH for a 12-month fixed term post. You will be joining one of the largest urology departments in the UK providing a range of highly complex urology service across multiple specialities. You will be responsible for delivering on a range of complex projects focused on optimising the outpatient space and improving the efficiency of outpatient clinics. This will include projects focusing increasing new patient activity and outpatient procedures as well as improving efficiency in patient pathways. Work closely with the General Managers and senior UCLH leadership to deliver a comprehensive programme of change across Urology outpatients and administration Engage with a range of staff groups to establish working relationships and gain consensus on projects and changes To lead on a number of operationally critical projects related to transformation of outpatient and administration functions at UCLH Successful implementation of allocated projects and initiatives, which deliver the planned benefits in accordance with the programme targets
