Full Job Description
- Lead monitoring activity within the Barrow site facilities, recording progress and making adjustments to the Build Status report
- Assist other facility leads on reporting activity where applicable
- Attend fortnightly walkarounds, reporting back to the team any issuesrisks and carry out ad-hoc spot checks on facilities
- Measure build performance to identify areas for improvement
- Assist BPM's with Dreadnought Weekly update report
- Analyse key delivery dates on historical submarine data to better understand the performance of build in the future
- Assist cash claims process, providing report to the Build Project Manager on recommendations for sign off
- Be responsible for change management
- Oversee the creation of business cases with the support of the Design and Build Project Manager
- Your skills and experiences:
- Have experience of working within a complex manufacturing industry andor on complex projects within multi-million pound value
- Hold good stakeholder management and engagement experiences
- Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)
- Have developed communication and diplomacy skills

Monitoring build activities, identifying risks and opportunities, as well as their impact on the Programme, will be key responsibilities.
