Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases, re-mortgages, and property development transactions.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and professional development.
Overseeing complex property transactions while ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Developing client relationships and maintaining a high standard of client service.
Meeting billing targets and contributing to the firm's overall success and profitability.
Assisting in the growth and development of the property department through business development and networking initiatives.

A reputable law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced Senior Property Solicitor to join their established team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven legal professional with expertise in both residential and commercial property law who is looking to take on a senior, leadership-oriented role., Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Residential and Commercial Property Law.
Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.
Proven track record of strong billing and results-driven performance.
Proclaim case management system experience would be advantageous.
Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and provide high-quality client care.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
