Job Title: Senior Proposition Analyst Long Standing Customer
Contract Type: Fixed term for 12-months
Location: Alderley Edge or Edinburgh
Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based
Closing date: 25th November 2024
We are looking for a Senior Proposition Analyst Long Standing Customer to come and join us at our Alderley Park or Edinburgh office on a 12-month fixed term.
You will support the vision & definition of the LSC propositions, making informed decisions about appropriate changes to the propositions and services, ensuring that LSC propositions are delivering good customer outcomes. This is by undertaking proposition activity across all LSC products, which includes preparing and presenting governance reports, supporting project and rectification activity, ensuring conduct risks are addressed and monitoring and collaborating on findings and actions.
A key part of this role is to provided proposition oversight and support the project to migrate the Aegon protection book of business from ATOS to RL.
About the role
-Providing business/product Subject Matter Expertise to the Aegon migration project and proposition oversight of the Aegon book .
-Support the management and oversight of LSC propositions:

-ensuring all outcomes in line with Consumer Duty, continually seeking ways of challenge and improving outcomes.
-ensuring products are compliant with legislation, regulatory requirements, and standards.
-enhancing value from the LSC book.
-ensure that any actions arising from escalations, compliance monitoring and audit activity are resolved within agreed timescales.
-Providing propositional technical expertise and direction, working with and influencing product owners across the business and internal stakeholders, including actuarial, customer services, legal, risk, compliance and tax
-Ensures there is an effective, robust risk and control framework for LSC Propositions ensuring risks are mitigated in line with risk appetite.
-Accurate, meaningful reporting identifying key customer metrics and issues for concern fed through to LSC Executive Committee.
About you
-Relevant experience in a proposition or equivalent role.
-Understanding of financial services industry and the legislative/regulatory framework.
-A good understanding of customers and how to tailor propositions around their needs.
-Ability to influence within peer group and management levels.
-Excellent communicator who can create partnership relationships with key business functions.
-Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
-Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
