Senior Proposition Manager

As Proposition Manager, you will serve as a leader responsible for managing the product portfolio in the Tesco-Barclays partnership, driving the evolution, development and execution of value propositions. This role oversees the creation and refinement of customer-centric products, aligning them with business and partnership goals. You will be supported by a team of specialists providing insights across customer, Clubcard, and commercial.

Leading the proposition strategy for the partnership, overseeing the development and execution of new product propositions, evolution of existing products, and commercial strategies that drive partner and customer success
Overseeing Customer Insights activities and turning insights into actionable product developments
Directing and developing the Insights and Proposition team, fostering an environment of collaboration and high performance
Ensuring that all proposition activities align with the broader business objectives and partner expectations, facilitating strategic discussions and decisions that enhance the partnership's value
Overseeing the analysis and reporting of performance metrics related to the product portfolio and their impact on the partnership

Strong leadership skills, capable of directing an experienced cross-functional team
Excellent strategic planning abilities with a proven track record of executing plans that meet business goals
High proficiency in analysing complex data to derive actionable insights
Excellent communication skills, necessary for effectively conveying strategy, engaging stakeholders, and leading a senior team
